Project Overview
Complete architectural and interior design delivery of a 25,000 sq.ft. furniture experience showroom. Responsible for drafting architectural floor plans, interior working drawings, exterior landscaping, electrical layouts, and fabrication drawings. Executed complete site supervision including selection and procurement of all interior and exterior materials. Managed a workforce of 50+ labourers across rotating shifts, maintaining continuous 24/7 operations to meet the project deadline without a single day off. Dealt with 20+ different partition design types — each with distinct material selection, budget requirements, and fabrication constraints — all resolved under time and cost pressure.
